When will my order ship?
Every product is printed on demand β made fresh just for you. Production typically takes 2β5 business days before your order ships. Add the shipping time on top of that for your estimated arrival date.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, Printify (our fulfilment partner) will send you an email with a tracking link. Keep an eye on your inbox β and your spam folder, just in case.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
That's gutting and we're sorry. Email us at hello@wordbestie.com with a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement straight away. No returns needed β just the photo.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
You can β but only within 24 hours of placing your order, before it goes into production. Email hello@wordbestie.com as fast as possible with your order number and new address.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These are set by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility β we unfortunately can't predict or cover them.
I haven't received my order and it's past the estimated date.
First, check your tracking link. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's mail room. If it genuinely seems lost, email hello@wordbestie.com and we'll investigate and sort you out.
Can I return a product if I just don't like it?
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong β that's entirely on us and we'll make it right immediately.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, because items are printed to order, we can't exchange for size. Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing β they're available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
